If you want to delete your Velvet account and all associated data, you have two ways to request it:
From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
By email: write to support@velvetusclub.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:
Consistent with Section 4 of our Privacy Policy: your profile data and media are removed from active servers within 30 days of your request. Residual encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
If you signed in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, deleting your Velvet account does not delete your account with those services — that is managed separately, directly with each provider.
